Research Engineer

Research Engineers use software engineering best practices and computer science skills to build, document, and test components on a variety of projects. They apply expertise and thought leadership to design complex software systems and implement new algorithms to develop revolutionary artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies for our customers.

Research Programmer

Research Programmers use their technical expertise and knowledge of software engineering to build, document, and test components on research projects. They collaborate with Research Scientists and Engineers to bring to life cutting edge solutions to complex problems for our national defense customers.

Research Scientist

Research Scientists drive our ability to develop and deliver cutting edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to complex problems for our national defense customers. They complete analysis for and develop solutions to highly complex research challenges. They investigate fundamental topics in multiple scientific fields such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, game theory, cognitive systems, data science, population modeling, and signal processing, and select, improve, or create computational models, to address the application.
