One of Boston Fusion’s core values is Accountable Leadership. We believe that individual and organizational excellence comes from good leadership; respect, self-awareness, and trust equip us to always do the harder right over the easier wrong.
To support this, we bestow a quarterly Accountable Leadership award to recognize one individual who embodies this value. This quarter, we celebrate Boston Fusion Research Engineer Cosmo Guerini for his commitment to individual and organizational excellence.
Cosmo’s efforts to improve our company’s DevOps and programming practices through his work as a GitLab architect have been instrumental in the success of the team. The level of code quality he has enabled and modeled has set the bar for a new standard of work at BFC. Cosmo has also been a pillar of community through his longstanding membership in the social committee, generating new ideas for engagement and inclusivity.
